Case File 9N-47: Las Vegas, Nevada
Case Date: February 2013
A casino hacking breach becomes more complicated when G-Unit discovers that the robbery is a test run for a much larger electronic heist against the brand new Gasher Casino. Owned by Weston Gasher, the casino has scheduled its grand opening on the same night that Rose Langford went missing three years earlier.
Prior to joining G-Unit, Frank Williams led a dubious life. He was on the run from Director Smalls' secret black ops agency who desperately wanted to leverage his talents for their own purposes. Frank partnered up with a couple as he fled the pursuing M-Agents from ACS/M-Division. His companions, David and Rose Langford, were newlyweds who had just gotten married in Vegas. They were also computer hackers looking for their next big job.
David and Rose sheltered Frank helping him evade detection. In exchange, Frank assisted the couple with hacking into the banking account of Bearden Capital Assets (BCA), a powerful London conglomerate. Weston Gasher hired the hackers to rob his business rivals. However the hacking attempt was detected. BCA's fierce response was not expected. Hidden away in their hotel room were David, Rose, and Frank when the Gaborchend attack took them by surprise. David and Frank were badly beaten. When they awoke Rose was gone. All that remained of her was her bloody clothes and a finger. Soon thereafter, M-Agents showed up and Frank was forced again to go underground leaving David alone, distraught, and angry.
Looking for revenge David hacked into Gasher Casino's online accounts. However this hacking attempt was not designed to evade detection but rather to be detected by the CIA. David's hacking efforts left a clear trail back to Frank Williams, the Special G-Unit Asset that was once David's friend and partner. However, many questions remained: What was David's real plan? Was Weston Gasher his target or someone else? Whatever happened to his wife Rose? And was David's old friend Frank Williams once again assisting him?
