Early Concept Art
Many artists provided concept art and storyboards for GRISLY: Christopher Bonnette, David Daza (DavidDaza.net), Tim Peterson, Giuseppe D'Elia, Lyndal Ferguson, Mike Dubisch, Michael Wilson (MikeWilsonArt.com), Shawn Alleyne (Pyroglyphics), Tyler Morney, Ermis Atzemoglou (ErmisArt), Nate Van Dyke (n8vandyke.com), William Keops Ibanez (KeopsIbanez.com), and Cristina Vargas (Crisistunidad). Each artist brought a unique perspective and style to the artwork, from Christopher Bonnette's whimsical anime-manga style to Mike Dubish's gothic horror and pulp fiction influenced style. Moving forward, additional artists will be providing drawings as the GRISLY TALES graphic novel and web series continue the story. The ultimate goal is to create a series of graphic novels as well as The Art Of Grisly companion book to the DVD (after the short's completed film festival run), both of which were incentive gifts for our Kickstarter fundraising campaign. You can see some samples of GRISLY concept art from our various artists in the slideshow to the right.
